Can I get an estimate over the phone?

Although we prefer to give an in-home consultation we can definitely give you an estimate over the phone. The phone estimate will be a price range.

For example if we quote you a $200-$400 price range it will be no less than $200 and no more than $400. After the initial cleaning we will provide you with an accurate and definite price for regular scheduled cleanings.

During the in-home consultation we determine your needs and expectations. By understanding your personal cleaning preferences prior to cleaning your home we will be able to build a strong foundation and long-term relationship. How do I pay for your house cleaning services?

We gladly accept all major credit cards, money orders or checks.

What if I am not satisfied with your service?

Please contact us if you are not happy with any aspect of the cleaning. We will do everything in our abilities to maintain customer satisfaction. We guarantee our service, so we will comeback to your home or office within 24 hours of the cleaning if you’re not satisfied.

What about accidental damage?

Our cleaners will treat your home with respect and care, however accidents can happen. We are fully bonded and insured for this and will either replace or repair the damaged item for you.

How much will it cost to clean my house?

Every house is unique, and every cleaning fee is individually based. Things that will affect the amount of your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of pets, number of bathrooms, how often you want us to clean, etc. We have a standardized formula for calculating each individual cleaning estimate in a uniform way.

Will each visit cost the same?

The first visit usually costs more than subsequent visits. Once this initial visit has occurred, your home’s cleanliness can be easily maintained with our regular visit cleaning tasks. Regular visits are charged as a flat fee. You will receive an estimate for both the initial cleaning and the regular cleanings up front. Once the initial house cleaning has been completed, we will confirm your regular cleaning price.

Do you guarantee a day and time for my cleaning appointment?

We typically guarantee a specific day for your cleaning but not a specific time. Due to our flexible and ever-changing schedule, we are unable to commit to a specific time of day for our arrival. However, if you contact us on the day of your service, we will be glad to estimate our time of arrival. If you need a specific time guarantee, we will do our best to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Simply call our office prior to your cleaning day; we require a 48 hours notice to reschedule your cleaning. Unlike the airlines, we do not overbook our schedule. So, if you need to reschedule a cleaning without proper notice, we will not have enough opportunity to fill the schedule with another client. This decreases the maids pay. Without consistent wages, we cannot retain the best talent to clean for you. We will assess a cancellation fee if necessary, although we want to help you avoid incurring these fees!

What if I accidentally lock Clean Corp out on my cleaning day?

As with Rescheduling fees, if you lock the team out on cleaning day, you will likely be assessed a lock-out fee. Most of our clients either provide us a key or hide one on the premises on cleaning day.
What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?

Please advise us if you have pets and provide any information regarding your pets that would be helpful for us to know. Although it’s not a requirement, we prefer pets to be restricted from the areas we clean, to allow us to clean your home better and more efficiently

What is aromatherapy cleaning?

A specialty service we provide that caters to our clients and the environment by using only all natural, aromatherapy, biodegradable non toxic cleaning products infused with essential oils of aromatherapy for the home or office

How do you monitor quality?

To insure quality we periodically send a member of management with the cleaning team to make sure the home is cleaned to your specifications. Each member of the team checks the other team members work and then signs off on the work ticket, including the team supervisor
